I will update with pictures soon! Thank you for the support.
Maggie is home!! She is every bit of perfect! She turned 9 weeks old yesterday (6-13-2018) and now weighs 12 pounds! She’s doing great! 💜🐶 There are more pictures on my campaign page! #servicedogforloretta
Dropped Maggie off at the vet yesterday for surgery to have her spayed and to fix her hernia. My nerves are wrecked! I will be picking her up this evening. Update to come.

Maggie is home from the vet. Surgery went great. She’s still a bit loopy but doing well. Taking her back next week to have the stitches taken out and to finish up her vaccines! #servicedogforloretta #maggie #lorettaandmaggie
Maggie has an appointment on Wednesday to have her stitches taken out. Not a huge deal. There are a couple of lumps on her stomach though, that concern me. The vet is fine with waiting until wednesday to check them out. I’m hoping it’s nothing to worry about. This sweet girl is having a rough go at life. Please send us some good vibes!!
Maggie’s stitches are out! The Vet said the lumps are more than likely a reaction to the internal stitches and prescribed antibiotics. We are hoping it’s something antibiotics can remedy. She is currently snoozing away and content. I’ll be glad when she’s finally healthy! 💜🐶
Maggie is 15 weeks old today! She is growing so fast! On July 10th she weighed 22.6 pounds. Just a few days ago I weighed her again..25.4 ponds! So in just 15 short days she has gained 3 pounds!! She is very vocal about her opinions! 😂 She loves to talk. She’s a pretty quick study and is becoming easier to train. We are all so smitten over this wonderful puppy! 💜🐶
Hey everyone! I just wanted to give you another update. Wednesday my family and I went to St. Louis for a family fun day. It was such an amazing day! But, on the way home, about 25-30 minutes away, I started to feel some seizure symptoms. I tried to breath through the burning in the back of my head, the twitching and muscle pain! That did help for a bit. It wasn’t enough though. I needed Maggie! Had a trained Maggie been aboard she would have alerted me before I even knew the seizure was coming. I would have had time to either prepare myself (check position and safety) or take medicine and use coping skills until it hopefully passed. I seized for almost the remainder of the way home. It was very powerful. I will be recovering from this (physically) for the next few days. I want to brag on my family for a minute. I’m so, so lucky to have such understanding and strong guys in my life. I’m extremely proud of my boys for handling situations like this like pros!! And the amount of weight my husband carries on his shoulders absolutely stuns me! He’s one amazing man!
