Is there such a thing as too much therapy? Too many self-help groups? Does anyone else just get burnt out. Like, I really don’t want to talk about it today…just need a break! Totally feeling it these days! So what do I do? Join more support groups! I do believe we all need a break from thinking and talking about our issues, but, get right back at it!! Tell yourself how much it’s going to help! And keep at it!! You owe it to yourself! 💜
